While the most exciting time of the year for snowmobilers is in the winter months, the off season isn't the time off for snowmobile clubs that people think.

Summer is when the trail work happens: brushing, bridge repairs, signage, machine maintenance, grant applications, insurance renewals and the endless paperwork of a trail management agreement. If you have ever wondered how you can help the club, the answer is almost always: come out in the summer.
